The hotel offers its guests to select from 4 different rooms:

 •ac balcony: balcony rooms consist of 1 master bed, and a spacious living room is also equipped with color tv, telephone and ac. These rooms are front facing and you get a forest view from balcony and it can accommodate maximum up to 4 persons.

•Ac suite: these are well furnished with a double bed and a sofa-cum-bed with attached bathroom, lcd, telephone, air-condition. It can comfortably accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child aged up to 9 years.

•Super deluxe: these are well furnished with a double bed and a sofa-cum-bed with attached bathroom, and also equipped with lcd, telephone, and ac. It can accommodate up to 4 persons i.e. (2 adults and 2 children aged up to 12 year).

•Deluxe ac: these are pool view rooms & consists of a double bed with an attached bathroom, equipped with color tv and a telephone.

•Starting room rate is rs 4000-/- per night.

•The check-in timing is 11 am and check-in out timing is 9 am.

•Rs 200/- will be refunded in case of nonfunctional a/c.

Special facility of pick and drop will be provided from dasturi point to Mumbai. The ac vehicle will cost rs 5000 (one way). parking charges & toll charges where ever applicable will need to be paid by the guest traveling. Rates do not include any sight-seeing cost. This is a special pre-booked service.

•9% government service tax would be charged on total billing. (nonrefundable) in any circumstances).

•Booking will be confirmed against 100% payment in mumbai only before travel.

•Payment is accepted through creditcard or debit card by charging 3.5 % as service fee (non-refundable) via online payment gateway.

•No refund, cancellation or postponement shall be accepted for whatsoever reasons given by the guest once confirmed & paid.

•Minimum 02 nights booking are accepted in prime days & connecting weekends or weekdays.
